Where to post an off-market property?

I haven't used BP since I bought my last property several years ago.  I now want to sell a property and would love to sell directly to an investor instead of giving 6% to realtors (no offense realtors :). Can someone tell me where I would post this on BP?  I looked in classifieds but there wasn't a topic for selling and I don't want to break any rules.  Thank you!
