Real Estate Investor Clubs in Tampa

Hi All,

Im planning for a trip to Tampa Florida in October 2023 and wanted to time it to an REIA meeting. I found that there are 2 dates and neither organization is getting back to me - October 12 at the Godfrey and October 19th at the Barrymore. Is anyone part of this organization and can tell me which is it? Is it worthwhile attending for Networking purposes? How many people usually attend these meetings?
