Using FHA for a secondary home
If I have a NACA home already ( a multi-unit, my mortgage is almost nada) and my job has a new 4 month relocation assignment in another state. Would it be possible to use a secondary home FHA loan to purchase in that state? The assignment is on a multi-year contract and will occur annually for the next couple of years.
