Hey guys, Im striving to acquire my first rental property and I have interest in both the Tampa FL region as well as the Myrtle area in SC. Both areas Im sure will preform well, however I just would like to hear someone else's opinion between the two. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Keep in mind that 250k is around my max budget for 20% down.

Thank you!

@Matthew Koller we have some great options under $250k in the Myrtle Beach market. Properties that would work for STR, LTR, or both. Feel free to reach out and I'll be happy to answer all your questions, 843-999-2301.
