Adaptive Reuse - The Future of Residential Real Estate Investment?

Hey BP,

I'm a real estate broker and investor here in Sacramento, CA and I manage over 100 property, STR, LTR, boutique hotel etc...

I've spent a lot of time thinking and researching and I've concluded that ADAPTIVE REUSE may be the solution to the housing crisis in California, while also presenting a huge opportunity of this next generation of real estate investment. This means converting an old building for its new Highest and Best Use.

I now have two deals in hand for older commercial buildings, well located and ready to be converted for residential use. I believe we can cashflow positive and force hundreds of thousands of dollars in appreciation, while adding much needed housing units to the market.

Does anybody have any experience with similar "Adaptive Reuse" deals? Or is anybody interested in partnering on this endeavor?

I am blessed with amazing business partners and contractors locally but I would love to add new members to our syndicate for additional funding and knowledge pertinent to the project.
