Hi, I am looking for a reliable property manager and a wholesaler in the Kansas City area. Do you guys have and references? 

I have not purchased a property yet, however, I like the market here and it's about time I get into it. 

I am also seeking some advice for investing in the area, if anybody is willing to share their secrets, it would be much appreciated :)
