What to do with STR appreciation?
I purchased my first STR two years ago for $575k. The property could be sold for $900k today. I should have a positive cash flow of $10k by the end of the year. I want to know if there is anything I should be doing or thinking about as an investor as far as the appreciation? HELOC? Sell? Any thoughts?
