Clayton/Concord first home in need and can't find in this strange market

Hello all!

I have been trying to find a home in the concord/clayton area all this year now and it's so difficult. No homes to purchase.  I obtained my real estate liscence thinking that would help, but it has only showed my just how hard this is going to be. I am up for a fixer upper or anything at this point. All i need is:

1)master room that fits a king size bed

2) garage i can pull my car in and out of

3) 600k max

4) yard space .12  acres or more

If anybody knows somebody that wants out of their home or has sme bad renters they are tired of, I am pre-approved and ready to go ASAP.

PLEASE HELP.

Thank you

-Michael
