Sell or rent!
I have a home that I had built two years ago. I currently owe approximately $325,000 with a super low interest rate. My girlfriend and I recently moved in together in her house. A realtor told me that he can sell my house right now for around $490,000. So my question is should I sell it and use that money for further real estate/ business investments or should I rent it and use the equity to invest in another rental house or to buy a business.
