Owning a condo
Hello everybody,
I’m looking into purchasing a condo in SE and doing a long-term rental. The rental is 75% done at a good price and can probably get it lower. The previous owner partially replaced the windows and there are stains resembling previous water damage. The place was just put under new property management and the hoa seems like they would like to get the condo off their hands.
I’m trying to figure out whether I should go for it or not.
Does anybody have experience with renting out condo’s and if so what’s your pros and cons?
