Small Multi-Family in Omaha, NE

Hi All,

I'm a newbie investor in the Omaha area. I'm currently working on my first single-family rental but I've always liked the idea of small multi-family rentals. I haven't seen a ton of that available in Omaha so I was just curious if there are any local investors who have had much luck in finding these types of properties or even if there are good Omaha neighborhoods to look at converting SF homes into multi-family where the zoning/hoa allow for it.
