auto real estate evaluator

HI - does anyone know of an auto real-estate evaluator?   Like a Zillow, Redfin, etc filter for an area with search criteria, and then it auto loads into something like BP deal analysis or DealCheck to run against your template of data.  

I'd rather not spend the time to write my own and get API writes...yadda yadda...but spending too much time evaluating things. I'd rather have an alert on a region pop up showing me a list of deals in an area after it hits MLS and auto-evaluate it with my pre-populated fields.

If this exists, love to hear!
