Anyone have experience with a vacation rental in the Emerald Island area?

Hello,

My partner and I are considering a vacation rental property  in the Emerald Island NC area.  We have a few condo's in Charlotte NC and this would be our first vacation rental. We do have some prior experience with Airbnb. I'm curious what pro's/con's, lessons learned, you can provide  regarding vacation rentals.
