Hello all

Does anyone have any experience with DSCR loans? What is an interest rate I can expect? I am in Houston, any lenders that do this I would like to chat and learn more.

I did a DSCR loan a couple years ago and it felt like a lot of paper work and unnecessary processes. Rates were crazy low at the time and I got mine at 4.125 but today is about 8% if you put down 25%. I probably won't work with that company again. I spoke with two lenders on here @Ash Hegde and @Eugene Neal who gave me some pointers on future DSCR loans so \they can at least help explain the process.
