Active knob and tube in an inspection
Hey bigger pockets,
Just got an inspection report and the inspector found some active knob and tube. I have been through this in the past and after calling a bunch of companies I could not find an insurance company that would cover the house with active knob and tube and had to pass on the deal. Wondering if anyone has any good ideas for how to move forward.
Thanks in advance for any insights!
