I'm new at investing and looking to invest in property in Greenville, South Carolina. I don't have any connections there an currently live in a different state. Looking at mulit-family houses or foreclosures. If anyone has any advice or knows anyone who is local to the area or does this type of investing your advice would be much appreciated.
