List of MLS potential deals DFW

Hello all, I'm an investor in the North Dallas/Ft Worth area who has recently become an agent so I can handle my own deals. I keep a weekly list of potential deals in my area. I look for rehabbers, buy and hold, owner carry, old listings, auctions sites; basically the things I look for when searching for my next flip. If they have potential, I'll run a CMA and come up with an ARV. Because of limited funding, I'm only doing 2-4 deals a year right now, but I'm finding deals all the time. My question is: is this list of value to other investors? I'd be happy to share it with others, as I'd like to start using my license to buy and sell for other investors. Any feedback?
