I’ve recently been investing into Gap Loans and wanted to start lending on the whole deals also. But I want to gain more knowledge about the both to make sure I’m receiving the right rate of return.

Could anyone just educate me on the return rate of gap loan investments and also the return rate on funding the whole deal?
