Spreadsheet Template for Tracking Multiple Properties?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here has or knows where I can download a spreadsheet template for tracking multiple rental properties? I've looked over Stessa.com and I was impressed but I was looking for a little more flexibility with my own editable spreadsheet.

I'm thinking something like a schedule of real estate owned to track basic income/expenses, due dates etc. I've searched the forums and generic template sites but I haven't been able to find much. Planning on using it with Google Spreadsheets if that matters. Thanks in advance!
