Looking for an Accountant/Tax Accountant that can offer advice on setting up my LLC

Hi Folks,

New to BP and REI. I am starting down the road of structuring my business and need a professional/s that can help me do that. I am now looking to move into investing full time but I currently have no income (unfortunate casualty of a layoff) but my wife is a professional with good income. Looking for advice on who I should contact to leverage my situation not only from a tax standpoint but the structuring of the business.
