Rental Property Utica NY - Buy and Hold Strategy
i live in nyc and looking to buy my first rental property in utica ny. Can anyone here in BP give me advice about the current market in Buffalo, including local property management and if the area is known for problem tenants and/or high vacancies. I picked Utica because I went there for school because it seems to be a place I could buy a multi families property around $150k or so and I see that the school district is solid according to greater schools website. hopefully to get more information before purchase. Would love to hear more about the area from those familiar with it. As I am a newbie investor looking for my first purchase.
