Advice needed. Invest large amount of cash in RE or give to wealth manager

Hi BP,

First time poster here looking for some advice.

My wife and I will be receiving a large amount of cash soon and we are trying to decide what to do with it. I have been a buy and hold investor for about 3 years now and I would prefer to put the whole amount in to growing our real estate business. My wife on the other hand, prefers to stay diversified and use half for real estate and give the other half to a wealth manager. Our long term goal is to build this business to where we can quit our jobs and live on our cash flow, so its a no brainer to me but she is hesitant to put all her eggs in one basket. We currently have 9 total units, ranging from SFH to multi family. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks
