Hello all and hope this message reaches everyone in good health. My name is Brandon Larkin and I'm a local REALTOR in the California central valley area for little over 1 year. Even though being an agent is challenging and rewarding. I have been leaning more to becoming an investor due to becoming motivated and educated by the Real Estate Rookie podcast and Pace Morby content along with all other Bigger pockets books. Since I'm a rookie and interested in the subject to investment vehicle. Wondering if anyone knew of any local meet ups. Thanks in advance.
