Real estate license
I am 18 years old and interested in getting into real estate as an investor. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to obtain licensing as a real estate agent. From an investing side, this would give me access to the MLS network to aid in my search for properties. I'm just wondering if the upfront cost plus renewal fees is worth it for the long-term returns?
I'm a new investor with ~10K in assets. Anything other pros/cons I should take into account? Would obtaining a real estate license be a good investment of my time and money at this point in my investing career?
