I'm a out of state investor interested in the Akron & Youngstown market can anyone provide any information on those markets. I'm located in the northeast and multifamily investing is out of my budget here but the Akron & Youngstown prices are appealing.

Hi Akron / Cleveland is were I have been doing my business for many years, about 500 deals overall. Youngstown, I would not touch, Akron/ Cleveland, has done very well, pricing has more then doubled tripled quadrupedled  or more over the last 10 years, If you are cash, ( all my transactions have been ) you can get 10% or better net caps I see it weekly

All the best
