Getting in Contact with Owners
Hey BP!
Currently looking for my first house hack opportunity. I've been driving around and have compiled a spreadsheet of addresses of properties I feel may fit my criteria. I retrieved owner names on local assessor's site. What are the best ways to get in touch with the owners? Any advice is helpful!
(I'm aware this may not be the most successful strategy, but I feel it could be good getting my name out there with property owners in the area)

Knock on their door and speak to them. You can also skip trace them and find their phone number.
