Key take-away: stop trying to keep up with the Joneses! Most real estate investors only have 1-2 rental. The people buying 50 rentals in three months with no money down are either frauds, very lucky, over-leveraged and at risk of crashing hard, or they have a ten-pound brain that operates at levels most of us can't fathom.

Focus on being the best version of yourself.
