Posting a wholesale property on Zillow to attract cash buyers

Hey Y'all,

I recently watched a YouTube video of a successful wholesaler who gets properties under contracts and then posts them on the MLS for an "as is" deal. Personally, I thought it was genius as long as there is a clause in the agreement that allows the wholesaler to do that. Does anyone have experience with this?

@William Smith That would require two things…

1) written authorization from the seller to do so, And

2) the local mls allowing it to be listed by a non owner….some do, some don’t

You’ll be paying listing and buyer agent fees of course.
