Hi everyone!

I am a new real estate agent in the Los Angeles area and am even newer to real estate investing. I was just wondering if any of you have worked with websites such as Auction.com as well as Foreclosure.com? Are these pretty good sites to find deals on?

Also, are there any websites that are a MUST check out for real estate investors?

Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.🙏🏼 Thank you all for your time and help!
