renovations or sell

Hello everyone looking for advice on a predicament i have found myself in.

I bought a place that needed fixing up and I had everything budgeted with a little extra in case there were things we missed, but unfortunately it turned into a nightmare. the cost of renovations doubled and in order to finish them it will cost me $60,000 to finish them. The thing is once the renos are done the place will be a major cashflow positive if i decide to go this route. The problem I am having is I don't have the cash to do the work, so i am in the process of selling it. I have another property I am selling that if sold would net me 90k at the end of it all. My question is, would it be worth taking the money from selling the places and investing elsewhere or continue sinking money into the house I recently purchased? If I finished fixing everything in the place my coc will be 17% netting me $1000 per month

Any help would be appreciated

-Thanks
