Do you want some tenants?

I have just purchased a new home, and I just found a tenant for my old home.  While interviewing potential tenants, I talked to this really great couple.  I did not have them apply because I did not want them wasting their time/application fee when I was pretty sure my first candidate would work out... So I did not see their credit report, but I had a very good impression of them.  It's a young husband and wife with one 12-year-old poodle.  They are moving to Tucson, AZ for the husband's job (Raytheon Technologies, airport site).  They were well-spoken, personable, and even willing to change their timeline and move in sooner for my sake because they liked the idea of renting from a person/owner instead of a company.  When I told them that things were going to work out with my other applicant, they said "Thanks so much for letting us know, and congratulations on finding a tenant. If you happen to have any referrals or recommendations for other private leasing arrangements, please let us know. Until next time!"

I do want to help them, so I'm posting this.  If you are a landlord in the Tucson area, and you are managing your own property, I may be able to connect you with some good tenants!
