Soundproofing basement apartment

Hi BiggerPockets,

I rent out 1 bed, 1 bath basement apartment of my primary house. I have 2 very active sons (8 years and 14 months old). I would like to ensure that my tenants are not disturbed by the sound of my sons playing on the main level. Is there a way to soundproof the basement apartment?
