Investors, what interest rates are you seeing for commercial bridge debt? Specifically multi family 1-2 year terms.

That is what we are seeing, also a good article recently released on state of bridge and DSCR loans. Avg loan rate last year was around 11.5% with 2.25 points. So numbers are spot on, those saying they have lenders giving them money on bridge at 8-9% are those private lenders using own funds, if its institutional money etc. its much more expensive.
