Is there equivalent Bigger pocket forum for small business activity ?

I really like BP due to the answer from expert in each forum in BP (while I don't enjoy what BP offers); my question is, is there a forum out there that's similar to BP, but focus on niche small business real estate activity, for example, laundromat, donut shop, daycare business, car wash, etc, etc?

Such a forum must exist without anonymity (Reditt has a bad reputation in my eyes because the poster is anonymous. While in BP I could follow the top 5% of professional contributors to follow their way of thinking).

I am still wondering why there's no syndication offering donut shop real estate expansion, while there was few offering for car wash syndication.

Facebook groups offer some of the value you are referring to. The posters aren’t usually anonymous and you can get pretty specific. I’m in a couple for car washes that have value in that way.
