New to Real Estate Investing - Canadian Looking to Invest in Akron

Hello Everyone,

I have been looking to purchase an investment property, and now I have decided to look in Akron.  I have read that it is landlord friendly and the rent in relation to property price is great.  Does anyone have some recommendations in terms of where in Akron look for potential properties?  Any links would be appreciated!
