looking for advice multi family owner occ

I currently have one property SF home looking to turn it into an MTR, also looking into buying multi family owner occ in the local area. what is some good advice to pursue this? I'm pre approved for a fha loan. My current property is being used on VA loan. I've lived in my current property for almost 2 years. im just trying to figure out or get advice on how I should structuring my next deal.
