Looking for local knowledge

Im an out of state investor considering making an offer on a home in Nashville. The house is located just south of Briley, between Knight and 24. Since I am not able to visit the area, does anybody have any insight on this particular neighborhood?  Is it desirable or potentially up and coming? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
