I would like to start a real estate investing group on the North Shore of Boston.  Can anyone suggest any resources for starting a group and meeting structure?  books, podcast episodes, etc…. If you have experience as a member of a group, I’d love to know what you found beneficial from meetings.   Thanks in advance.
