This year, this market, what does your lead generation plan look like? What are you doing everyday to make sure the pipeline is full?

In this market (I’m in the Philly suburbs) very low inventory, 7% rates, stable prices with buyer demand remaining high. What’s the message and technique to find and convert off market seller leads?
