Albany Market, 2023

Hello! What are your thoughts on investing in Albany, NY in 2023. I'm originally from here and will be moving back this summer. It seems like so much has changed. Would love to know your thoughts and if there's any facebook investor groups local to the area?

Hey Sherez. I am from Albany myself and currently invest in the area. I am no expert on the Albany market trend (yet) so I don't want to point you in the wrong direction. There seems to be a lot of growth recently with companies like Redburn Construction bringing hundreds of apartments to lower Broadway Ave. I saw the trend of our market moving towards that area a few years ago.. and now I would imagine seeing it move further down the same direction towards Watervliet. Would be a great place to pick up some rentals as that area is up-in-coming.
