I have the following proposal;

Conventional Loan

20 Year Amortization

5 Year Balloon

Interest Rate 5.25%

75% LTV

Maximum Purchase Price $160,000

Maximum Loan Amount $120,000

Are these terms & conditions good enough for current market conditions?
