Forclosures, Probates, And Early Leads
I wanted to ask if anyone has much experience with taking over peoples homes that are on the verge of foreclosure.
I am considering spending money to get the information on people facing this dilemma. Has anyone every done this and is it really worth it?
What happens if you are successful with a person in foreclosure, you take on their property, pay off their debts, but then they do not move out? This is a big fear to me.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get early info for probated homes? I have tried reaching out to local attorney offices and they will not take my info down because its a really sensitive subject.
