I am a new real estate investor looking to dive into the industry. I am looking for real estate connections as well as real estate agents who are very into buying multiple investment properties with little to no money down. Would like to build out my portfolio quickly while renting out the properties and holding them. Please let me know of any advice, people or real estate meets that would benefit me. Thank you very much and I look forward to connecting with you all!

Thank you for the insight Jevon! I am actually in the market now looking to house hack. Do you have any recommendations on finding listings other than the normal realty websites (Zillow, Redfin, etc.) What are the most important things you look for when using the BRRRR method?
