New to San Antonio

Hello :)
I am looking to expand my portfolio with San Antonio area, not very familiar with the city though..
Looking for BRRRR strategy with up to 120K in cash and hopefully to be able to cash out at least 100% of the cash for next deals.
would love to hear about relevant neighborhoods for this budget in San Antonio or in the surrounding areas. Are there neighborhoods I should stay away from? any other info and tips about San Antonio would be great!
