Quiet Tittle after Tax Sale
My brother and I are set to attend our first tax sale and are expecting that we will need to obtain a quiet tittle if we purchase a property, thus the need for hiring a lawyer.
The majority of properties we’re looking at are Death of Owners. I am hoping to get others’ experience obtaining a quiet tittle. Whether or not Death by Owners is something to beware of. Also, we’re very much open to recommendations as to a good lawyer for hire in regards to this matter.
