Purchase Price: $6,500

Location: Metro Atlanta

Current Value: $14,100

In 2020 I purchased rawland in metro atlanta. I used seller financing to obtain the property but after completing the last payment I now own it free & clear. All my taxes are paid and up to date. During my two years of ownership I have done minor development to the property including timber, grading, foundation, framing, and roofing which is why i believe the current value of the land given by the county is much lower than the actual value. Due to unforeseen circumstances I could no longer fund the project out of pocket and have seeked financing to no avail. Most lenders say they would have needed to be involved from the very beginning in order to close funding. If i can finish renovations the property has an ARV of $200,000+
