Subdividing
Now I dont know a thing about this - but I did find a property today with sooo much potential. It is a 2 fam on a huge lot with 3 other small houses included. It is a large lot in front of a lake, and I know they retail very well. Needs help, specifically the 3 small houses.
Now if I could separate these properties and sell them individually, theres a lot of profit in this. However should I need to sell all 4 houses as one unit, there is nothing in this.
How do I find out if these properties can be divvied up?
