1950s Electrical - Repair Priority Before Renting Out?

Hello BP, first post! 

I live in a older 1950s home and am about to relocate. I want to keep the property as my first rental and am wondering how high I should prioritize updating outlets, many are ungrounded and not GFCI protected.
