First challenge as a new landlord/investor?

Hi everyone!

My first challenge was finding a few oil tanks that both started leaking 2 weeks after I bought the property and needing to get them replaced ASAP! But the lesson that was learned from that experience was totally worth it! “If you are looking to stay in this game for years to come, unexpected events like this are going to come up once in a while. You need to be able to take a step back, breathe, and figure out how you are going to work towards the solution!”

What was yours? 🤔

Happy Sunday guys! 😁
