Hi!

My father is dead-set on developing a self storage facility. He recently bought a piece of land with a large, empty pole barn that is zoned commercial. In his area, the demand is high and all of the competing storage companies have waiting lists. I do not know much about this RE strategy, but was hoping to come here and get everyone's $0.02 on it. 

If anybody has a proforma template or something that I could "borrow" to analyze if the deal makes sense, I would greatly appreciate it!
